4JB3

Monday, November 10th, 2025

4JB3 is the creative practice of Jack Berry, a Manchester based artist originally from the West Midlands.Depicting scenes of a reality of his own creation through fine art. He uses this world to portray his ideas, memories, feelings and dreams (often through his character J BOY). His style is reminiscent of the video games, cartoons and films that he grew up with in the 2000s. In addition to fine art, 4JB3

also undertakes clothing design projects and cover art creation/ design.

Many of the influences behind 4JB3 are interests Jack has had since a child; hip-hop music and culture, film, TV, architecture, basketball and street fashion to name a few. It’s a playful style existing somewhere in-between cartoon and reality, mirroring his feeling of living the life of an ‘adult’ whilst being a child at heart. The idea of ‘in-between’ is present throughout the work of 4JB3. In-between; sophisticated and naive, life and death, dreams and nightmares.

Jasmine Gardner

Monday, November 3rd, 2025

Jasmine is a Manchester-based visual artist whose art practice primarily focuses on her Chinese heritage through traditional artforms and its social compatibility with her British upbringing. Having been born in China, adopted into a white family from England and raised in Essex, topics of cultural identity, isolation and duality run through Jasmine’s multidisciplinary practice. Material processes primarily exist and occasionally blend painting (ink and acrylic) and paper cutting.

Jasmine had exhibited in various national art galleries such as Mall Galleries, London, Saan1 and Black Redstart Gallery in Manchester and has produced large scale commissions for arts organisations such as esea contemporary and the Portico Library in Manchester.

Other commissions include graphic artwork for London-based record label, Ransom Note and numerous private commissions.

Jasmine graduated from Manchester School of Art in 2021 with a First Class Honours in Fine Art and Art History and graduated from the same university in 2022 with a MA by Research with a thesis titled “A 30,00 Rant- Mapping the Awkward Space Between ‘Representation’ and ‘Tokenism’ within British Arts-Related Institutions”. Her findings in both her BA and MA have informed the direction of her role within the local community art scene as C-Director of HappeningInMCR in which she deploys lived experience as a working artist from the Global Majority to ensure information about the art scene is being share to all as equals. In this role, she is the primary Coordinator for both their digital and in person exhibitions in Afflecks, Saan1, Black Redstart Gallery and Aviva Studios.

She works various freelance roles for arts organisations such as Cultureword, Admin, Marketing and Social Media Support.

Jasmine also works for London/Manchester-based organisation, 4BYSIX as their Artist Liaison, Facilitator and helps with Project Coordination and Management.
